The Houston Half Marathon, second race of the 2009 Houston Marathon Warm-Up Series was held on Sunday, October 25, 2009. Race management was by the Houston Striders Running Club. The weather was fine at the starting gun but warmed up a bit too much for a road race of this distance.

This race features a beautiful, mostly flat course, but the 3-loop format can be a psychological challenge to some.

Enjoy these pictures. Come back soon, I'm still adding them.
